Keeping up regular employee communications in the COVID-19 world is extremely challenging due to social distancing, remote work arrangements, and ever-changing public health guidelines. As the world begins to shift communication messages from surviving to thriving, leaders need to recognize the residual impact and increasingly important role employee engagement plays in fuelling productivity and achieving key operational outcomes in a virtual or hybrid work environment.

Using a Zoom Meeting recording and some post-production magic, we created MCB GroupFlix, a series of 20 minute “mini-town halls” involving various Executives from MCB Bank.
