Throughout this “streeter style” video, host Gerry Lewis asks passersby a number of questions leading to the conclusion that, if your customer considers you their Primary Bank, you have a complete view of their needs and are able to serve them better. Hence, getting the “big Picture.” Hearing directly from the public gave this messaging greater impact. This video was viewed by all branch staff to highlight and teach the importance of converting customers to “Primary Customers.”
