The Experience the Luxury placemat was created to provide employees of this luxury goods retailer with an easy-to-remember visual during and post training (Sustainment). We created, at the client’s request, this visual placemat highlighting the seven most important points to consider during a customer interaction, while tying in the company’s brand and mission.
