Working closely with one of our clients, an established business process outsourcer (BPO), we created, launched and provided a summary of findings for a Customer C.A.R.E. Survey to understand their mortgage customer needs across their 20+ brands. Survey insights included communication preferences, relevant tools/resources and what customers valued when renewing a mortgage. This rich data enabled valuable analysis of their customer base for strategic decision-making.
